Enter the Penthouse and you’ll immediately be flooded with light—and more than a touch of envy. The entrance is spectacular. This is a room that charms from the start. Like the ideal dinner guest, it is striking but approachable, commanding our attention while making sure that everyone else enjoys themselves. The clever design creates custom areas for relaxation within an expansive great room. Huddle or cuddle around the fireplace and its dancing flames; turn to look out the nearly floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the city beyond; or step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the night. KITCHEN & DINING
Truly Indulgent
With a stainless steel professional-grade oven and range from Gaggenau, the Penthouse kitchen could have come straight from your favorite Michelinstarred restaurant. Of course, it’s not quite the same as a restaurant kitchen: they don’t have the same views or countertops. Pocket doors allow you to close off the kitchen when you need to and leave everything open when you don’t. If we were less charitable, we would tell other kitchens to, well, eat their heart out.

At nearly twice the size of our other primary bathrooms, the Penthouse bath is a lesson in abundance. A full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows helps foster a spa-like experience, creating a retreat that is simultaneously intimate, airy and vast. Lie back and let the day’s stresses slowly melt away in a stunning Waterworks tub or opt to enjoy your own extraordinary double shower stall. A separate WC offers privacy and convenience, while the warm marbles and oak are as soothing as they are spectacular. Welcome to your new sanctuary.

We’ve taken everything you expect in a private luxury roof-deck and, in a manner of speaking, we’ve raised the roof. The Penthouse Terrace is a private oasis for you and your guests. The Hudson River takes center stage in a vast and verdant patio which at 1,265 square feet is larger than a generous 2-bedroom apartment.
